Watermelon with chocolate is such a great and tasty snack. I love it even more when it’s cute too, like this little matchstick family. Serve at Summer garden parties (you can omit the eyes), kids’ birthday parties or even as a special treat for movie night.

1. Slice the watermelon.
2. Trim four long matchsticks.
3. Dab the watermelon sticks with a piece of kitchen towel, so the chocolate will stick properly.
4. Melt the dark chocolate.
5. Place the chocolate in a small bowl.
6. Dip the watermelon straight into the dark chocolate. Allow to set.
7. Dip again so you get that raised chocolate edge.
8. Allow to set.
9. Arrange the matchsticks.
10. Top with candy eyes and curved sprinkles for the mouth.
