Prep Time: 25 min.

Introducing the cutest and most delicious Thanksgiving pair. You could easily just make strawberry turkey heads if you want to save some time. They will still look super fun.

Ingredients

Instructions

1. You'll need a large strawberry and a smaller one with a pointy end.

2. Trim the top off the large strawberry at a slant.

3. Melt the dark chocolate.

4. Place the dark chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.

5. Pipe the feathers on baking parchment, and place the pointy strawberry on top. Allow to set.

6. Pipe the wattle.

7. Cut a thin piece of mango into a triangle, dry it with a kitchen towel and place it on top of the wattle. Let the chocolate set and stick it on the face using some melted dark chocolate.

8. Pipe the feet onto baking parchment. Allow to set.

9. Secure the pointy strawberry onto the larger strawberry using a toothpick. Place the feet underneath.

10. Top with candy eyes (you can secure them using melted chocolate).

Notes

Be sure to remove the toothpick before eating.

The piping utensil and candy eyes I use are linked in my Shop.
