Get your hands on a melon baller, and you’ll be able to create the most wonderful platters - just like this fun dragonfruit, watermelon and kiwi berry combo. Check out another version I made with blackberries and blueberries.
Ingredients
- watermelon
- kiwi berries
- dragonfruit
- melon baller
- mini melon baller
Instructions
1. Cut the top rind off the watermelon.
2. Use the melon baller to scoop out the watermelon.
3. Repeat with the dragonfruit.
4. Use a mini melon baller to make tiny balls of dragonfruit.
5. Halve kiwi berries.
6. Arrange on a platter.
Notes
Any leftovers can be frozen to add to smoothies.
