Strawberry Bunnies are a delicious treat and especially perfect for Easter. If you don’t have sprinkles on hand, you can just use dark chocolate for all the details.

What you need


1. Halve the strawberries lengthwise. Dry the cut side on a piece of kitchen towel.

2. Melt the dark chocolate. 

3. Place the melted chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.

4. Pipe the ears close together on parchment paper, and place a strawberry half on top, with the cut side facing downwards.

5. Pipe the top set of chocolate feet directly on the strawberry.

6. Add chocolate toe details to the pink round sprinkles. Allow to set, and then stick onto the bunnies with a bit of dark chocolate.

7. Stick on the candy eyes and the nose, securing it with a bit of melted dark chocolate.
