Prep Time: 30 min.

These deliciously cute Pear Tourists are ready for some sightseeing. They are ideal to serve at going-away parties or as a fun fruit arrangement to celebrate the Summer holidays. Either way, they are sure to make a good impression - before they jet off!

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Stand the pears up. They’ll need to be able to stand on their own, so if they topple over you can trim the base.

2. Remove the stem and insert at the top of the pear to make the beak.

3. Melt the dark chocolate.

4. Place the chocolate in a piping utensil / bag.

5. Pipe the pigeon’s feet onto parchment paper and allow to set.

6. Pipe a rectangular shape out of dark chocolate to make the camera. Top with a white chocolate disc, then top the disc with a round blob of dark chocolate.

7. Add two white sprinkles to resemble reflections.

8. Allow to set.

9. Pipe the camera straps onto the pears. It helps if the pears are cold, so the chocolate won’t drip as much.

10. Stick the camera onto the straps and allow it to set.

11. Place the feet underneath the pears.

12. Use dark chocolate to stick on the candy eyes.

13. Serve.
