A delightful Summer fruit platter, which has all my faves on one plate.
Ingredients
- cherries
- strawberries
- watermelon
- cantaloupe
- mango
- kiwis
- blueberries
- melon baller
Instructions
1. Halve the strawberries.
2. Use the melon baller to scoop out the watermelon, cantaloupe, mango and kiwi.
3. Arrange in the same order as I have, or randomly, as you wish. Anything goes.
Notes
Any leftovers can be frozen to use in smoothies or fruit salads.
