Prep Time: 60 min.

It doesn’t get cooler than this Halloween squad: Mango & Melon Pirate Coins, Pretzel Bones, Cucumber Spiders and Kiwi Vampires. Admittedly, the pretzel bones are very addictive - something about sweet white chocolate with salty, crunchy pretzels is scarily delicious. I hope you like them too.

Ingredients

Instructions

Instructions for the Mango & Melon Pirate Coins:

1. Slice the melon and mango, ensuring they are the same thickness.

2. Dry the fruit with a kitchen towel.

3. Melt the white chocolate.

4. Place the chocolate into a piping utensil.

5. Pipe the skull detail onto the mango and melon discs. You can top some with candy eyes or omit them as you prefer.

6. Allow to set.

Instructions for the Pretzel Bones:

1. Place the melted white chocolate into a small bowl.

2. Halve the pretzel sticks and dip them into the white chocolate.

3. Once covered in chocolate, tap the excess off and then place on parchment paper.

4. Dip two round sprinkles for each side in chocolate and attach these to one end of the pretzel. Repeat on the other side.

5. Allow to set.

Instructions for the Cucumber Spiders:

1. Slice the cucumber.

2. Cut v-shapes so you have eight ‘legs’.

3. Top with candy eyes.

Instructions for the Kiwi Vampires:

1. Halve a kiwi lengthwise. You can keep the skin on or remove it.

2. Pipe white chocolate teeth onto parchment paper.

3. Allow to set and then top onto the kiwi halves.

4. Make a little tongue using watermelon and stick it between the teeth.

Arrange the platter and serve.

The piping utensil, candy eyes and cookie cutter I use are all linked in my Shop.
