Pretzel and white chocolate are a match made in heaven.
With a little piping and some candy eyes, you can make these wonderful festive treats.
Use them to decorate a cake, enjoy them as part of a Christmas dessert platter or eat them as they are.
Ingredients
- pretzels (sticks)
- white chocolate
- candy eyes
- parchment paper
- piping utensil / bag
Instructions
1. Melt the white chocolate.
2. Halve the pretzel sticks.
3. Dip the sticks into the melted white chocolate. Tap the excess off (I use a fork for this) and place on parchment paper to set.
4. Once the chocolate has set, lay six pretzel sticks around in a circle, connecting in the middle.
5. Place the melted white chocolate in a piping bag or utensil (you may need to reheat it).
6. Blob the white chocolate in the center, where the pretzel sticks are connected. This ensures they stay connected when the chocolate sets.
7. Create the snowflake details.
8. Top with candy eyes and allow to set.
