Prep Time: 23 min.

Everyone will adore this jolly Rudolph couple made with strawberries. Surprise your loved ones with these delicious treats, or serve them with all your other favorite fruits on a festive platter. If you want, you can also just make the faces - that way, they are easier to top onto cupcakes, chocolates or drinks.

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Trim off the top of a large strawberry at a slant. Use the leftover piece of strawberry to make the two triangular ears.

2. Melt the dark chocolate.

3. Choose a smaller strawberry for the head. Dip the tip of the berry into the melted dark chocolate.

4. Top with a small red chocolate button for the nose and allow to set.

5. Place the melted chocolate in a piping utensil or bag and pipe the y-shaped antlers and feet onto parchment paper. Allow to set.

6. Pipe a small amount of chocolate onto the back of the candy eyes and then position these onto the reindeer’s face.

7. Once the eyes have set, put the ears in place using the tip of a toothpick.

8. Now secure the reindeer’s face (pointy side facing down) to the body. You can also use a toothpick for this.

9. Stick the antlers into the top of the head and place the feet underneath the reindeer.

Notes

Do remember to remove the toothpicks before eating. Also, if you don't have strawberries, use chocolate spheres, biscuits, clementines or plums.

The piping utensil and candy eyes I use are linked in my Shop.
