Everyone loves a crunchy slab of chocolate bark. Turn yours into a Halloween-themed treat by piping cute hand-holding ghosts made out of white chocolate on top!
You only need melted chocolate and candy eyes to make this delicious bark. For extra detail, give the ghosts rosy cheeks using beetroot powder once the chocolate has set.
This chocolate bark makes the perfect gift idea for Halloween! Just wrap it in a cellophane bag with a ribbon, and you're good to go.
Ingredients
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 18 candy eyes
- piping utensil / bag
- parchment paper
- toothpick
Instructions
Makes 1 bark.
1. Melt the dark chocolate.
2. Pour the melted chocolate onto parchment paper.
3. Use the back of a spoon to shape it into a rectangle.
4. Allow to set.
5. Melt the white chocolate.
6. Add the white chocolate to a piping utensil / bag.
7. Pipe the ghosts directly onto the set dark chocolate bark. Make sure their hands are connected.
8. Top with candy eyes.
9. Use some melted dark chocolate and a toothpick to shape the mouths.
10. Allow to set and serve.
