If you are looking for healthier Halloween treats, look no further. Here we have Kiwi Brains, Spooky Peppers, Pretzel Webs, Carrot Pumpkins and Toothy Cucumber Monsters. You can top the platter with plastic spiders to make it even more creepy.

Instructions for the Kiwi Brains:

1. Peel and halve the kiwis.

2. Dry them with a kitchen towel.

3. Melt the white chocolate. 

4. Add the chocolate to a piping utensil or bag.

5. Pipe the brain doodle detail on the left and right half of the kiwi. There’s no right or wrong here.

6. Leave a tiny space free from chocolate between the two chocolate halves.

Instructions for the Spooky Peppers:

1. Cut the top off the peppers.

2. Using a small knife, make the triangular eyes and mouth detail.

3. Remove the pieces through the top of the peppers.

Instructions for the Pretzel Webs:

1. Place eight pretzel stick halves on parchment paper.

2. Melt the white chocolate.

3. Place the melted white chocolate in a piping utensil / bag. 

4. Seal the eight pretzel sticks in the center with melted white chocolate.

5. Now, create the web detail by going around and around with white chocolate.

6. Top the center with candy eyes.

7. Allow to set.

Instructions for the Carrot Pumpkins:

1. Peel a carrot.

2. Slice the carrot into discs.

3. Cut two v-shapes with a small space in between to resemble a pumpkin.

4. Top the pumpkins with candy eyes.

Instructions for the Toothy Cucumber Monsters:

1. Slice a cucumber.

2. Use a round cutter to remove the center.

3. Cut small chips of cashew to mimic teeth.

4. Stick these into the center of the cucumber.

5. Top with candy eyes.

Arrange the platter and serve.
