Too hot to trot avocado ponies, made using only four ingredients.

1. Cut the avocado in half.
2. Slice the bottom side off both halves, so the avocado can lie flat. These pieces will be used for the mane and the hooves.
3. Use the oval cookie cutter to shape the mouth out of cucumber.
4. Cut small cucumber triangles for the ears. Attach with a toothpick underneath.
5. Use cucumber to shape the hooves. Add a trimmed-off piece of avocado peel.
6. Trim off a longer section of avocado peel for the mane. You’ll also need a smaller triangular piece for the front of the mane.
7. Shape the stirrups using cucumber peel.
8. Finally, assemble all the elements, top with candy eyes, and add two sesame seeds for the nostrils.
Notes
Do be sure to remove the toothpicks prior to eating.
