Cucumber Ghosts, Kiwi Vampires, Apple Mummies and Kiwi Fiends all together on one spooky plate. So perfect for Halloween parties.
Ingredients
- Granny Smith apples
- cucumber
- kiwis
- cheddar
- red pepper
- candy eyes
- metal straw
- vegetable peeler
Instructions
Instructions for the Cucumber Ghosts:
1. Cut a 7-8 cm (3 inches) piece of cucumber and then slice it.
2. Zig-zag the bottom of each slice (I used a Pac-Man Ghost cookie cutter).
3. Use a metal straw for the eyes and mouth.
Instructions for the Apple Mummies:
1. Halve the apples through the stem.
2. Use a vegetable peeler to make the mummy details.
3. Top with candy eyes.
Instructions for the Kiwi Vampires:
1. Peel the kiwi.
2. Halve it lengthwise and then halve it again.
3. Use cheddar to make the teeth.
4. Use red pepper for the sharp teeth.
Instructions for the little Kiwi Fiends:
1. Peel the kiwi and halve them lengthwise.
2. Shape the horns and insert them using toothpick ends.
3. Shape a little trident using red pepper.
4. Top with candy eyes.
Notes
Do remove the toothpicks before eating.
