The fun presentation adds a pop of color to any holiday table, and the bite-sized fruit pieces are perfect for snacking, making it easy to add nutrients to a sugar-filled holiday.
I love indulgent holiday treats like my chocolate snowflakes and cookies for Santa, and I make them with my kids every year. However, when hosting a holiday meal, I also include veggie and fruit-filled side dishes like my snowglobe burrata platter, smiling Santa caprese, and this easy Christmas fruit salad recipe.
Featuring strawberries, cantaloupe, mango, and honeydew arranged in a beautiful gradient, this easy platter is a real showstopper. Enjoy it as a snack or serve it for dessert with ice cream, cake, or whipped cream! You can even mix and match different in-season fruits to enjoy the platter any time of year. Prepare it a few hours in advance, and rest easy knowing you’ll have the perfect side dish and can enjoy more time with your guests.
