Everyone will love these adorable white chocolate ghosts with grapes. They are incredibly easy and perfect for topping onto your Halloween desserts.

To make them, melt the white chocolate and pipe the ghost shape on top of halved grapes. Add candy eyes and outline the ghosts with dark chocolate.

Equipment

  • parchment paper
  • piping utensil or bag
  • mini candy eyes
  • toothpick

Ingredients 

  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 5 grapes
  • 50 grams dark chocolate

Instructions 

  • Melt the white chocolate (check out my
    chocolate melting tips).
  • Pour the chocolate into a piping utensil / bag.
  • Halve the grapes.
  • Place a halved grape onto parchment paper, and pipe the white chocolate ghost shape on top.
  • Use a toothpick to tidy the chocolate if you need to.
  • Top the ghost with candy eyes.
  • Allow to set.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and place it in a piping tool or bag.
  • Outline the ghost with the dark chocolate, and pipe on the mouth.
  • Allow to set.

Notes

If you have any leftover chocolate, place it in a small glass bowl (to keep in the fridge) or ice cube tray (to stick in the freezer) and reuse later.
