These adorable Watermelon Popsicles with Chocolate are a fun treat for hot summer days.

They are so easy to make, and you only need a few simple ingredients. Keep them in the freezer for a refreshing dessert, or enjoy them as they are.
For a fun twist, cut off the corner of the popsicles to make them look like they’ve already had a bite taken out of them.

Recipe Tip
If you are short on time, skip the chocolate and squeeze some lime juice on top.
You can vary this watermelon popsicle recipe in many ways. Try it with or without chocolate or candy eyes. You can even use other types of melon, dragonfruit, or mango.
