Watermelon Popsicles with Chocolate

Ingredients 

  • 4 slices watermelon
  • 100 grams dark chocolate, 3.5 oz
  • 14 candy eyes
  • 7 popsicle sticks
  • small round cookie cutter
  • parchment paper

Instructions 

  • Slice the watermelon.
  • Cut a slice into a rectangular popsicle shape. Use this ‘master’ popsicle to make the others.
  • Trim a bite mark at one corner with the small round cutter (or use a small glass). You can also leave some plain.
  • Dry the melon popsicles off on a paper towel and insert the popsicle sticks.
  • Melt the dark chocolate.
  • Place the dark chocolate in a small bowl.
  • Dip the tip of the watermelon into the chocolate.
  • Top with candy eyes.
  • Allow to set on parchment paper.
  • Serve.
