Try these delicious Cheese Pockets with Feta for a no-mess wrap recipe the whole family will love.

By folding the wraps into triangles (a technique I saw on Instagram by @mes_delicieuses_creations), the filling stays put, making them easy to grab and go snack, pack in a lunchbox, or serve as an appetizer.

Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, these delicious wraps are also great to serve for lunch or dinner with a salad, chili mayo dip, sour cream, or salsa.
Recipe Tip
For a sweet version the kids will love, fill them with Nutella and strawberries!
Cheese Pockets with Feta Ingredients
Please be sure to scroll down to the recipe card below for the complete details!
- Tortilla: I use the regular 10-inch size plain flour tortillas.
- Feta: A block of feta will give the best taste.
- Mozzarella: Shred your own or buy pre-shredded.
- Spices and herbs: Za’atar adds a citrusy flavor, and a sprinkle of fresh, chopped parsley keeps it bright.
How to Make Cheese Pockets
- Prepare the ingredients: Halve the tortillas and mix the two cheeses with za’atar. Spoon the filling onto the tortillas.
- Assemble the pockets: Fold the filling into a triangle shape.
- Fry the pockets until golden brown on both sides.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Possible Variations
- Tortilla: Use gluten-free, corn, or wholemeal varieties.
- Filling: You can stuff the pockets with anything you like. Try ham, pepperoni, egg, bacon, chicken fajitas, shrimp, pesto, chicken, ham, tuna, spinach, cheese, smoked salmon, etc.
How to Store Leftovers
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge, and enjoy within 1-2 days.
