Prep Time: 30 min.

Try this Heart of Hearts tray with strawberries, cantaloupe and melon for the ultimate Valentine's Day fruit platter. Enjoy this irresistible fruit as it is, or serve it as a Valentine's dessert with a gooey brownie, ice cream or both. Alternatively, skewer the fruit hearts onto cocktail sticks to enjoy with your favorite cocktail.

1. Cut the strawberries in half.

2. Use the heart-shaped cutter to make the strawberry hearts.

3. Slice the mango. Depending on the size, you should get six pieces, with the two outer pieces mainly skin.

4. Cut out the mango hearts with the cutter.

5. Repeat with the cantaloupe.

6. Arrange the fruit hearts randomly on a platter or in a gradient, as I have done.

7. Serve.

If you don't have a heart-shaped platter, check out Home Is Where the Heart Is to see it served on a plate.
