Let’s make these fun Halloween Snacks for Kids with white chocolate and blueberries.

All you do is melt white chocolate and add it to the bottom of a ghost mold. Add a blueberry and your favorite jam (I used strawberry, but you can use any – even lemon curd would be tasty), and then top with white chocolate.

Enjoy these tasty Halloween treats as an after-school snack, send them off in a lunchbox, or serve them on a platter with fresh berries to balance the sweetness.

Recipe Tip

The ghosts also make a delightful homemade gift to share with your favorite people. Just stick them in a cellophane bag and tie with a black or purple ribbon.

Ingredients 

  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 200 grams blueberries
  • 125 grams blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
  • fresh basil leaves

Instructions 

  • Melt the white chocolate.
  • Pour it into a piping utensil or bag.
  • Pipe a blob of chocolate in the bottom of each ghost mold cavity.
  • Use a toothpick to spread the chocolate up along the sides of the mold.
  • Add a dollop of jam, followed by a blueberry into each cavity.
  • Top with more white chocolate.
  • Allow to set.
  • Once set, press the ghosts out of the mold and arrange them on top of a blueberry and blackberry platter.
  • Decorate with a few fresh basil leaves.
  • Serve.
