Prep Time: 20 min.
I remember a friend of mine asking me if I could make a platter for her dinner party, and this was what I ended up making. As it was summer at the time, all I had to do was get the best fruit I could find, and then the rest was easy. You could add some small edible flowers (maybe even roses) to the mix here.
Ingredients
- 150 grams raspberries
- 125 grams blackberries
- 250 grams red grapes
- 200 grams blueberries
- 200 grams green grapes
- 200 grams gooseberries
- 1 mango
- 100 grams physalis
- 400 grams strawberries
- melon baller
Instructions
Serves 10.
1. Use the melon baller to shape the mango balls.
2. Arrange the fruit in the order as pictured, or randomly, as you prefer.
3. You can place the raspberries with the core upwards, as I’ve done. You can also leave the leaves on the strawberries, up to you.
