Prep Time: 20 min.

The most devoted carrot couple made with fruit. You can stick them onto a skewer and serve them at Easter or garden-themed parties. You can also make a smaller version with toothpicks for lunch boxes.

Instructions

1. Slice the cantaloupe.

2. Shape the carrot by hand.

3. Slice another piece and place the first one on top to trace after, that way, they are the same size.

4. Slice the kiwi and shape the leaves.

5. Score the carrot finely with parallel lines.

6. Top with candy eyes and a curved sprinkle for the mouth.

Notes

If you have any leftover fruit, you can save all the odd-shaped bits in a freezer bag to use in your next smoothie, or you can chop them up and make a mini fruit salad.

The candy eyes I use are linked in my Shop.
