These Chocolate Marzipan Presents are a delicious treat for Christmas.

Serve them as part of a dessert platter or as elegant after-dinner petit fours.
You can make the reversed version if you prefer dark chocolate to white, or use any color of chocolate you like.

Chocolate Marzipan Presents
Beautiful white chocolate covered marzipan presents topped with dark chocolate.
Equipment
- piping utensil or bag
Ingredients
- 100 grams marzipan
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 50 grams dark chocolate
Instructions
- Roll out the marzipan so it’s about 1cm / 0.4 inch thick.
- Use the cutter to make the marzipan square-shaped.
- Melt the white chocolate.
- Place the melted white chocolate into a little bowl.
- Lower the marzipan squares into the white chocolate with a fork.
- Tap to remove any excess, and place on parchment paper to set.
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Place the dark chocolate in a piping utensil /bag.
- Pipe little bows on parchment paper.
- Allow to set.
- Add the ribbon details to the white chocolate squares and top with the set bows.
