Chocolate Marzipan Presents

Ingredients

  • 100 grams marzipan
  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 50 grams dark chocolate
  • piping utensil / bag
  • parchment paper
  • medium square cookie cutter

Instructions

  • Roll out the marzipan so it's about 1cm / 0.4 inch thick.
  • Use the cutter to make the marzipan square-shaped.
  • Melt the white chocolate.
  • Place the melted white chocolate into a little bowl.
  • Lower the marzipan squares into the white chocolate with a fork.
  • Tap to remove any excess, and place on parchment paper to set.
  • Melt the dark chocolate.
  • Place the dark chocolate in a piping utensil /bag.
  • Pipe little bows on parchment paper.
  • Allow to set.
  • Add the ribbon details to the white chocolate squares and top with the set bows.
