This delightful Berry Ghosts snack could not be easier. Arrange the blueberries and cover them with melted white chocolate.
Top with candy eyes, and once the chocolate hardens, you’ll have a fun and delicious treat.
It’s the perfect addition to your Halloween dessert platters and great for lunchboxes!
You can even top them onto cupcakes and other desserts.
TIP: Feel free to replace blueberries with other fruits, like blackberries, raspberries, grapes, or even dried fruit.
Berry Ghosts
Ingredients
- 200 grams blueberries
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 30 grams dark chocolate
- 12 candy eyes
- toothpick
- parchment paper
- piping utensil / bag
Instructions
- Choose 11 blueberries that are the same size.
- Line them up closely three by three, then the last two at the top.
- Melt the white chocolate.
- Place the melted white chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.
- Pipe the chocolate onto the top of each blueberry, ensuring the blobs come together.
- Top with candy eyes and allow to set.
- Melt the dark chocolate, and use a toothpick to create the mouth.
- Serve.
