If you need a delicious snack for your next Halloween party, look no further than these adorable Spider Sausage Rolls.

They are surprisingly easy to make and a great alternative to mummy sausage rolls.
You only need two ingredients: storebought pizza dough (you can also use rolled puff pastry) and a few of your favorite sausages.
Top with edible eyes when they are out of the oven (or omit) and serve with any dip you like.
Surprise your kids with these rolls in their lunchboxes or serve them as a tasty after-school snack.

Spider Sausage Rolls
Equipment
- parchment paper

Ingredients
- 3 sausages, long
 - 280 grams pizza dough, 1 roll
 - 1 egg, beaten
 - 16 candy eyes

Instructions
- Turn on the oven to 200°C / 392°F.
 - Slice each sausage into 2 – 3cm / 1.5-inch pieces.

 - Roll the sausage into the dough.
 - Press the dough together at both ends of the sausage.
 - Use a knife to trim four legs on each side.
 - Make sure to roll each leg tightly.
 - Place the spider sausage rolls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
 - Shape the legs so they bend slightly (or keep them straight).
 - Beat the egg and use a pastry brush to top of the sausage rolls.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
 - Top with candy eyes (you can use water to make them stick).
 - Serve.
