Servings: 8 rolls
- 3 sausages long
 - 280 grams pizza dough 1 roll
 - 1 egg beaten
 - 16 candy eyes

Turn on the oven to 200°C / 392°F.
Slice each sausage into 2 - 3cm / 1.5-inch pieces.
Roll out the pizza dough and trim it into rectangles long enough to cover the sausage. The rectangle needs to be 2-3 cm (1 inch) wider than the sausages (to both sides).
Roll the sausage into the dough.
Press the dough together at both ends of the sausage.
Use a knife to trim four legs on each side.
Make sure to roll each leg tightly.
Place the spider sausage rolls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Shape the legs so they bend slightly (or keep them straight).
Beat the egg and use a pastry brush to top of the sausage rolls.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
Top with candy eyes (you can use water to make them stick).
Serve.
