Equipment

Ingredients

  • 250 grams grapes
  • 5 kiwis
  • 1 dragonfruit
  • 1 mango
  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 1/2 watermelon

Instructions

  • Use the melon baller to hull the fruit. For the most part, the melon balls won’t actually be balls, but more flat on one side. Just place this side down.
  • Arrange the fruit randomly or in a gradient. Both examples are shown here.

Notes

There will be lots of leftover fruit, so save these bits in a freezer bag to use in your next smoothie, or chop them up and make a mini fruit salad.
