Tropical Fruit Platter
Colorful mango, dragonfruit, melon, and grapes fruit platter.
Equipment
Ingredients
- 250 grams grapes
- 5 kiwis
- 1 dragonfruit
- 1 mango
- 1 cantaloupe
- 1/2 watermelon
Instructions
- Use the melon baller to hull the fruit. For the most part, the melon balls won’t actually be balls, but more flat on one side. Just place this side down.
- Arrange the fruit randomly or in a gradient. Both examples are shown here.
Notes
There will be lots of leftover fruit, so save these bits in a freezer bag to use in your next smoothie, or chop them up and make a mini fruit salad.
