Marshmallow Roses

Beautiful marshmallows trimmed into roses served on skewers.

Ingredients 

  • 9 marshmallows, mine were large

Instructions 

  • Make five angled cuts with the scissors (petals) about 2-3 cm long (1 inch) along the bottom third of a marshmallow.
  • Now, cut five petals between and above the previous ones.
  • Repeat with the top third of the marshmallow.
  • Finally, make three deep cuts on top of the marshmallow, while turning it.
  • Use your fingers to gently pull out all the petals.
  • Insert a canapé stick into the marshmallow roses.
  • Serve.
