Four Cheese Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 7 slices baguette, ciabatta
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 grams softened butter
- 50 grams white cheddar
- 50 grams red cheddar
- 50 grams parmesan
- sprinkle of zaatar
Instructions
- Slice the ciabatta.
- Mince garlic and mix with the softened butter.
- Spread the garlic butter on the ciabatta slices.
- Top with a layer of cream cheese.
- Now, add the shredded white cheddar, red cheddar and parmesan. You may need to press the cheeses down slightly.
- Broil the garlic bread in a 200℃ (392F) hot oven (on the grill setting) until the cheese is bubbly and browned. It will take about 2-3 minutes, but keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
- Once the garlic breads are out of the oven, sprinkle with za’atar and enjoy.
