Ingredients

  • 7 slices baguette, ciabatta
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50 grams softened butter
  • 50 grams white cheddar
  • 50 grams red cheddar
  • 50 grams parmesan
  • sprinkle of zaatar

Instructions

  • Slice the ciabatta.
  • Mince garlic and mix with the softened butter.
  • Spread the garlic butter on the ciabatta slices.
  • Top with a layer of cream cheese.
  • Now, add the shredded white cheddar, red cheddar and parmesan. You may need to press the cheeses down slightly.
  • Broil the garlic bread in a 200℃ (392F) hot oven (on the grill setting) until the cheese is bubbly and browned. It will take about 2-3 minutes, but keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
  • Once the garlic breads are out of the oven, sprinkle with za’atar and enjoy.
