Four Cheese Garlic Bread
Delicious and crispy cream cheese, Parmesan, and two types of cheddar garlic bread crostini.

- 7 slices baguette ciabatta
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 grams butter softened
- 50 grams white cheddar
- 50 grams red cheddar
- 50 grams Parmesan
- zaatar to taste
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) (grill setting).
Slice the ciabatta.
Mince garlic and mix with the softened butter.
Spread the garlic butter on the ciabatta slices.
Top with a layer of cream cheese.
Now, add the shredded white cheddar, red cheddar and parmesan. You may need to press the cheeses down slightly.
Broil the garlic bread until the cheese is bubbly and browned. It will take about 2-3 minutes, but keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
Take the garlic breads out of the oven, sprinkle with za’atar, and enjoy.
