Slice the ciabatta.
Mince garlic and mix with the softened butter.
Spread the garlic butter on the ciabatta slices.
Top with a layer of cream cheese.
Now, add the shredded white cheddar, red cheddar and parmesan. You may need to press the cheeses down slightly.
Broil the garlic bread in a 200℃ (392F) hot oven (on the grill setting) until the cheese is bubbly and browned. It will take about 2-3 minutes, but keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
Once the garlic breads are out of the oven, sprinkle with za’atar and enjoy.
