This recipe is an easy and fun savory snack and a great alternative to cream cheese stuffed peppers.

If you are not a fan of spicy foods, try goat cheese, salsa, whipped feta, or a cream cheese mixture with bacon or any shredded cheese you prefer.

Ingredients 

  • 6 peppers, mini, orange and yellow
  • 150 grams hummus, chili
  • 1 cucumber, small
  • 1 slice cheddar

Instructions 

  • Halve the sweet peppers lengthwise.
  • Remove the seeds.
  • Fill the void with chili hummus.
  • Slice the cucumber.
  • Use the medium and small flower cutter to make the carrot tops out of cucumber.
  • Place the cucumber tops onto the pepper carrots.
  • Make the eyes with cheddar cheese and a mini petal cutter.
  • Use cucumber peel and a metal straw for pupils.
  • Arrange the eyes.
  • Make the smiles with cucumber peel.
  • Arrange the carrots on a platter.
  • Serve.
