Easter Stuffed Pepper Appetizer

Ingredients

mini sweet peppers
orange and yellow

chili hummus

small cucumber
a slice of cheddar
medium flower cookie cutter
small flower cookie cutter
metal straw
Instructions
Halve the sweet peppers lengthwise.
Remove the seeds.
Fill the void with chili hummus.
Slice the cucumber.
Use the
medium and small flower cutters
to make the carrot tops out of cucumber.
Place the cucumber tops onto the pepper carrots.
Make the eyes with cheddar cheese and a
mini petal cutter
.
Use cucumber peel and a metal straw for pupils.
Arrange the eyes.
Make the smiles with cucumber peel.
Arrange the carrots on a platter.
Serve.
