We all love strawberries and chocolate together, but why not make them cute too with these adorable strawberry owls?

Strawberries dipped in pink icing with candy eyes and fondant noses and feet, these adorable bites make for fun food recipes that look like cute, cartoonish characters.

Ingredients 

  • 5 strawberries
  • 100 grams ruby white chocolate
  • 18 candy eyes
  • 18 white sprinkles, round
  • 9 pink chocolate buttons

Instructions 

  • Melt the chocolate.
  • If you don’t have ruby white chocolate, you can add a small amount of beetroot or pitaya powder at this point. Mix well to combine.
  • Halve the strawberries.
  • Lay the berries flat and add the melted chocolate on top, using a small spoon to spread it evenly.
  • While the chocolate is still melted, top with candy eyes, a sprinkle for the beak and feet.
  • Allow to set.
