Melt the chocolate.
If you don’t have ruby white chocolate, you can add a small amount of beetroot or pitaya powder at this point. Mix well to combine.
Halve the strawberries.
Lay the berries flat and add the melted chocolate on top, using a small spoon to spread it evenly.
While the chocolate is still melted, top with candy eyes, a sprinkle for the beak and feet.
Allow to set.
