Ingredients

  • 5 strawberries
  • 100 grams ruby white chocolate
  • 18 candy eyes
  • 18 white sprinkles round
  • 9 pink chocolate buttons

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate.
  • If you don’t have ruby white chocolate, you can add a small amount of beetroot or pitaya powder at this point. Mix well to combine.
  • Halve the strawberries.
  • Lay the berries flat and add the melted chocolate on top, using a small spoon to spread it evenly.
  • While the chocolate is still melted, top with candy eyes, a sprinkle for the beak and feet.
  • Allow to set.
