Ingredients

  • 250 grams blueberries
  • 200 grams white chocolate
  • 12 candy eyes
  • 6 orange round sprinkles
  • 18 black round sprinkles
  • fresh rosemary
  • piping utensil / bag
  • parchment paper

Instructions

  • Melt the white chocolate.
  • Add the chocolate to a piping utensil / bag.
  • Pipe two circles next to each other on parchment paper with a small space between them (they will spread out once you top with berries). The bottom circle should be larger than the top.
  • Place the blueberries in a round shape on top of the chocolate circles, making sure the two blobs connect.
  • Allow to set.
  • Turn over the snowmen and pipe a white chocolate outline.
  • Add small chocolate blobs for the eyes, nose and buttons, then top with candy eyes, an orange sprinkle for the nose and black sprinkles for the buttons.
  • Use rosemary (or basil) for the scarf.
  • Arrange on a platter and serve.
