Servings: 6 snowmen
- 250 grams blueberries
- 200 grams white chocolate
- 12 candy eyes
- 6 orange round sprinkles

Melt the white chocolate.
Add the chocolate to a piping utensil or bag.
Pipe two circles next to each other on parchment paper with a small space between them (they will spread out once you top with berries). The bottom circle should be larger than the top.
Place the blueberries in a round shape on top of the chocolate circles, making sure the two blobs connect.
Allow to set.
Turn over the snowmen and pipe a white chocolate outline.
Add small chocolate blobs for the eyes, nose and buttons, then top with candy eyes, an orange sprinkle for the nose and black sprinkles for the buttons.
Use rosemary (or basil) for the scarf.
Arrange on a platter and serve.
