White Chocolate Berry Snowmen
These white chocolate and blueberry snowmen make a fun, festive treat.

Ingredients
- 250 grams blueberries
- 200 grams white chocolate
- 12 candy eyes
- 6 orange round sprinkles
- 18 black round sprinkles
- fresh rosemary to garnish
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate.
- Add the chocolate to a piping utensil or bag.
- Pipe two circles next to each other on parchment paper with a small space between them (they will spread out once you top with berries). The bottom circle should be larger than the top.
- Place the blueberries in a round shape on top of the chocolate circles, making sure the two blobs connect.
- Allow to set.
- Turn over the snowmen and pipe a white chocolate outline.
- Add small chocolate blobs for the eyes, nose and buttons, then top with candy eyes, an orange sprinkle for the nose and black sprinkles for the buttons.
- Use rosemary (or basil) for the scarf.
- Arrange on a platter and serve.
