Ingredients

  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 8 chocolate sticks, or pretzel sticks
  • 25 grams mini chocolate buttons
  • 8 star candies
  • piping utensil / bag
  • parchment paper

Instructions

  • Melt the dark chocolate.
  • Pour the chocolate into a piping utensil / bag.
  • Place the chocolate stick (or pretzel stick) onto parchment paper.
  • Pipe melted chocolate from the top of the stick to each side, making a bigger and bigger curve the further down the stick you go. Stop once you have gotten ⅞ of the way, as you want the tree to have a trunk.
  • Top with a star-shaped candy and mini chocolate button ‘lights.’
  • Allow to set.
