Cheese Manakeesh is a classic Middle Eastern flatbread topped with local cheeses and often served for breakfast. This version is made with a storebought pizza dough (you can use pita bread, too).

Top it with minced garlic, shredded mozzarella, crumbled feta, and a generous sprinkling of zaatar for that citrusy flavor. Bake in the oven till bubbly and golden.

Serve the manakeesh as a tasty snack, appetizer, breakfast, or lunch! Enjoy on its own, or with a veggie soup or green salad to make a full meal.
Recipe Tip
Try adding nigella seeds or black sesame seeds for extra flavor!
