Cheese Manakeesh
This mozzarella and feta manakeesh sprinkled with zaatar, is the perfect cheesy snack.

pizza dough

feta

zaatar
fresh parsley

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 225°C (392℉) fan.
Place the pizza dough on a floured surface.
Sprinkle the top of the dough with flour.
Place your fingers along the crust and spread the pizza dough into a large disc.
Top the dough with minced garlic, zaatar, shredded mozzarella, and feta.
Place the cheese-topped pizza dough in the oven.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Slice and enjoy.
Notes
If you don’t have zaatar to hand, you can use ground dried thyme, oregano or sumac.
