Share the love on Valentine’s Day or any other day with these easy-to-make and possibly too-cute-to-eat chocolate hedgehogs.

To make them, pipe dark chocolate discs onto parchment paper. Add sprinkles to the outer edge. Once set, place the discs onto strawberries topped with candy eyes and chocolate noses.

Send them off in a lunchbox, enjoy them as a fun snack, or make a whole hedgehog family.
