The cutest Easter banana line-up, featuring a lamb, an egg, a bunny and an Easter egg. If you want to save time, you can just make one or two for an Easter lunch box.

Recipe Tip

Use edible glue or melted chocolate to stick on the details. You may need to secure the lamb and bunny ears with the top of a toothpick (just remember to remove these before eating).

Four banana bites decorated with candy to resemble cute animals—a sheep, chick, bunny, and egg—each with large eyes and colorful details. These playful treats add fun to your food recipes or healthy dishes, arranged side by side on a gray surface.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 slice mango
  • 50 grams dark chocolate
  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 2 curved sprinkles
  • 8 candy eyes
  • 4 white oval sprinkles
  • 4 pink oval sprinkles
  • 12 pink pearl sprinkles

Instructions

  • Melt the white chocolate.
  • Place the chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.
  • Pipe the lamb’s fur, ears and feet onto baking parchment.
  • Place white round sprinkles on the feet and allow to set.
  • Pipe the rabbit’s ears, fur and feet onto parchment paper.
  • Top the feet with pink sprinkles and allow to set.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in the same way as the white (you won’t need much).
  • Pipe the zig-zag for the Easter egg onto parchment paper.
  • Pipe the nose for the lamb and the bunny.
  • Slice the mango and cut an oval-shaped yolk. You can use a small glass.
  • Once the chocolate has set, trim the bananas. You want to keep the top pointy bit intact, which is perfect for the heads.
  • Top the bananas with candy eyes, sprinkles and all the set chocolate details.
