Equipment

Ingredients 

  • 10 strawberries, pointy
  • 10 mozzarella balls, mini
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • sea salt, to taste

Instructions 

  • Trim the strawberries in a straight line at the widest part.
  • Fold a fresh basil leaf in half.
  • Place the folded basil leaf onto a canape stick.
  • Add a bocconcini and a strawberry (with the flat part first).
  • Top with mayonnaise dots. You can use a toothpick or a piping utensil / bag for this.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Serve.
