Strawberry Bocconcini Skewers

- 10 strawberries pointy
- 10 mozzarella balls mini
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- sea salt to taste
Trim the strawberries in a straight line at the widest part.
Fold a fresh basil leaf in half.
Place the folded basil leaf onto a canape stick.
Add a bocconcini and a strawberry (with the flat part first).
Top with mayonnaise dots. You can use a toothpick or a piping utensil / bag for this.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Serve.
