For an easy lunch or appetizer idea, make elegant Spicy Salami Pinwheels, rolled into delicate roses.

These salami rolls require only flour tortilla wraps, full-fat cream cheese, Italian spicy salami, and mild red cheddar.
To make them, spread the softened cream cheese onto the tortillas. Cut the tortillas into strips, top with red cheddar and halved salami slices. Roll the strips tightly, then fold the salami over to resemble roses.

Recipe Tip
Use toothpicks to hold the pinwheels together if needed.
Enjoy these perfectly bite-sized salami and cream cheese pinwheels as appetizers at your next dinner party, lunch, or picnic. Your friends and family will love them!

Spicy Salami Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 4 slices cheddar, red
- 120 grams salami, spicy
- fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese onto a tortilla.
- Cut the tortilla into strips.
- Trim red cheddar into strips.
- Halve the salami slices.
- Top a tortilla strip with red cheddar.
- Place three overlapping salami halves along the tortilla strip so the top of the salami sticks out.
- Roll together two salami halves to make a little rose.
- Place the rose on the right side of the tortilla and roll it (rose first) into a pinwheel. Some of the salami or cheese may extend out from the wheel. Secure this with cream cheese or cut it off.
- Stick a basil leaf at the end of the pinwheel.
- Serve.
