Ingredients

▢ 15 grape tomatoes
▢ 30 bocconcini
▢ 30 fresh basil leaves
▢ 15 heart cocktail sticks

Instructions

Cut the tomatoes in the middle at a diagonal angle.
Rotate the tomato halves so that the flat side connects to make a heart.
Place a bocconcini on a cocktail stick, followed by a folded basil leaf, the tomato heart, another basil leaf, and finally, a bocconcini.
Arrange the caprese sticks in a heart shape on a platter.
Serve.
