Heart Caprese Wreath

Ingredients 

  • 15 grape tomatoes
  • 30 bocconcini
  • 30 fresh basil leaves
  • 15 heart cocktail sticks

Instructions 

  • Cut the tomatoes in the middle at a diagonal angle.
  • Rotate the tomato halves so that the flat side connects to make a heart.
  • Place a bocconcini on a cocktail stick, followed by a folded basil leaf, the tomato heart, another basil leaf, and finally, a bocconcini.
  • Arrange the caprese sticks in a heart shape on a platter.
  • Serve.
