This heart-shaped Valentine’s caprese is the perfect appetizer to share with your dearest on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or any day you want to make something special.

Top it with olive oil, sea salt and raspberry balsamic glaze.


Heart Caprese Wreath
Ingredients
- 15 grape tomatoes
- 30 bocconcini
- 30 fresh basil leaves
- 15 heart cocktail sticks
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes in the middle at a diagonal angle.
- Rotate the tomato halves so that the flat side connects to make a heart.
- Place a bocconcini on a cocktail stick, followed by a folded basil leaf, the tomato heart, another basil leaf, and finally, a bocconcini.
- Arrange the caprese sticks in a heart shape on a platter.
- Serve.
