- 15 grape tomatoes
- 30 bocconcini, mini mozzarella balls
- 30 fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes in the middle at a diagonal angle.
- Rotate the tomato halves so that the flat side connects to make a heart.
- Place a bocconcini on a canapé stick, followed by a folded basil leaf, the tomato heart, another basil leaf, and finally, a bocconcini.
- Arrange the caprese sticks in a heart shape on a platter.
- Serve.
