Try this irresistible and colorful fruit platter with heart-shaped strawberries, cantaloupe and mango. It’s perfect for Valentine’s Day or any day you want to treat your loved ones.

Serve it as a healthy afternoon snack, or bring out the ice cream and have it for dessert. You can even slide a few hearts onto a cocktail stick and freeze it for drinks and mocktails.

Ingredients 

  • 200 grams strawberries
  • 1 slice cantaloupe
  • 1 mango
  • medium heart-shaped cookie cutter
  • small heart-shaped cookie cutter

Instructions 

  • Slice the fruit and use the cookie cutters to shape the hearts.
  • Make some larger and some smaller-sized hearts.
  • Arrange the fruit randomly or place it according to color as I have done (from red, orange to yellow).

Notes

You can freeze/save any leftovers for smoothies.
