Equipment

Ingredients 

  • 4 kiwis
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 16 candy eyes, mini

Instructions 

  • Wash and dry the kiwis.
  • Peel the fruit with a vegetable peeler.
  • Cut each kiwi into two equal-sized slices about 2 cm thick (1 inch).
  • Dry the slices on both sides using a paper towel.
  • Melt the dark chocolate.
  • Place the melted chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.
  • Pipe a round dollop for the snail’s face on parchment paper.
  • Now, pipe two circles on top of each other beside the head and then make a tail.
  • Top the circles of chocolate with the kiwi slice.
  • Place two candy eyes on the face.
  • Allow to set.
