Chocolate Kiwi Snack
Ingredients
- 4 kiwis
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 16 candy eyes, mini
Instructions
- Wash and dry the kiwis.
- Peel the fruit with a vegetable peeler.
- Cut each kiwi into two equal-sized slices about 2 cm thick (1 inch).
- Dry the slices on both sides using a paper towel.
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Place the melted chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.
- Pipe a round dollop for the snail’s face on parchment paper.
- Now, pipe two circles on top of each other beside the head and then make a tail.
- Top the circles of chocolate with the kiwi slice.
- Place two candy eyes on the face.
- Allow to set.
