Try this easy Skull Cucumber Salad topped with a spicy, sweet, and sour dressing for an impressive Halloween side dish.

You only need a metal straw and a sharp knife to carve these fun skulls, which you can also add to a lunchbox or veggie platter with a delicious dip.
To make the salad, sprinkle the cucumber slices generously with sea salt to draw out the moisture. Wash and pat the slices dry with a paper towel, and then top them with the dressing.

If you are short on time, simply shape 7-10 cucumber slices into skulls and place these on top, keeping the rest plain. Your cucumber salad will still look spooky!
Feel free to add finely sliced red onion or sesame seeds for a bit of added crunch!
