Chocolate Apple Flowers are a fun way to enjoy fruit. All you need is Golden Delicious apples, dark chocolate, and halved green grapes.

Insert a lolly stick for mess-free eating and top with candy eyes for extra cuteness.

Ingredients 

  • 2 Golden Delicious apples, or Granny Smith
  • 100 grams dark chocolate, 3.5 oz
  • 48 green grapes
  • 6 large candy eyes
  • 4 lolly sticks
  • piping utensil / bag
  • parchment paper

Instructions 

  • Halve the apples.
  • Dry the apple slices off on a piece of kitchen towel.
  • Repeat with the grapes.
  • Use a small knife to cut at one end of the apple and insert the lolly stick.
  • Melt the dark chocolate (you can also use milk chocolate).
  • Place the chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.
  • Pipe dark chocolate around the perimeter of the apples.
  • Arrange the halved grapes along the outline of the chocolate apples.
  • Stick candy eyes on with a blob of dark chocolate.
  • Allow to set.
  • Serve.
