As it was summer at the time, all I had to do was get the best fruit I could find, and then the rest was easy. You could add some small edible flowers (maybe even roses) to the mix here.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams raspberries
  • 400 grams strawberries
  • 100 grams physalis
  • 1 mango
  • 200 grams gooseberries
  • 200 grams green grapes
  • 200 grams blueberries
  • 250 grams red grapes
  • 125 grams blackberries
  • melon baller

Instructions

  • Use the melon baller to shape the mango balls.
  • Arrange the fruit in the order as pictured, or randomly, as you prefer.
  • You can place the raspberries with the core upwards, as I’ve done. You can also leave the leaves on the strawberries, up to you.
